This site describes the services of Loft Haus Design. It is general information, not a contract or a binding offer. Work only begins under a written proposal or agreement that both sides have accepted.
Pricing and quotes
Prices on our pricing page are starting prices in US dollars. Your final price depends on scope and is stated in your written quote, which is valid for the period it states (14 calendar days unless it says otherwise). Hosting, domains, third-party subscriptions, usage charges and applicable taxes are separate unless your proposal includes them. If anything on this site conflicts with your signed proposal, the signed proposal governs.
No guarantees of results
We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, legal compliance, or accessibility certification. Healthcare and other sensitive projects are scoped individually; nothing on this site states or implies that any site or system is automatically HIPAA compliant.
Our work and content
The designs, text, images, video and code on this site belong to Loft Haus Design or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission. Client work is shown with the client's agreement, and each client site remains the property of that client.
Using the contact and quote forms
Use them for genuine business inquiries only. Do not send health records, payment card data, passwords or other sensitive information. We may ignore or block misuse.

No warranty and limit of liability
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" without promises about uptime, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.
